Abandoned and a nuisance for over 35 YEARS! The owner wanted to sell. Buyers wanted to buy. But because the City feared "historical issues", it was easier for them to do nothing than allow it to be condemned and demolished.

San Mateo resident since 2001, San Mateo is a vibrant, diverse community and we should be able to look forward to homes that are safer, more energy efficient and better meet our needs today and in the future.
